Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cut the rolls in half by placing your hand on top of the rolls and gently, using a serrated knife, cutting them in half to remove the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottoms in the prepared baking dish.
1 pound Hawaiian Rolls
Top the bottom of the rolls with half of the shredded cheese.
1 pound mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl mix together the chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, and garlic. Once well mixed, spread on top of the first layer of shredded cheese.
3 cups shredded chicken, 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 3 green onions
Top with the remaining cheese, and the top of the slider rolls.
1 pound mozzarella cheese
Mix together the butter and parsley. Pour over the prepared sliders, making sure that each roll is topped with butter.
3 tablespoons butter, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the foil. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut, and serve immediately. These are fantastic dipped in my Ranch dressing or my blue cheese dressing.
