- 1 cup dry orzo cooked to package directions and rinsed with cold water (200 grams)
- 1 cup imitation crab pulled apart (115 grams)
- 1 cup cucumber cut into small long bite sized pieces, about 1/2 an English cucumber (140 grams)
- 1 avocado cut into small bite sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce plus more to taste
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
In a medium sized bowl, combine the cooked orzo, crab, cucumber, and avocado. Toss to combine.

Stir in the olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, and soy sauce. Finally, stir in the sesame seeds.
