Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A Strawberry Banana Smoothie is the perfect quick breakfast. It is delicious, just four ingredients, and comes together in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries (258 grams)
  • 1 very ripe banana see note
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek non fat yogurt (126 grams)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend to combine. If too thick, add more milk to achieve desired thickness.

Notes

Using a very ripe banana, which has a lot more natural sugar in it than a less ripe banana, allows us to get a delicious smoothie without adding any sweeteners.
