French Bread Pizza

This French Bread Pizza makes such an easy weeknight dinner! Throw it together in 10 minutes with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces French Bread or Italian bread, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces pepperoni (or other toppings)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Butter the bread and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake the bread on the prepared baking sheet for 5 minutes.
    16 ounces French Bread, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Top the baked bread with pizza sauce, being careful not to add too much; you may not use the full amount.

  • Top with cheese and pepperoni. Then add the Parmesan cheese.
    8 ounces mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces pepperoni, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
