In a large bowl, combine the beef and seasonings. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into hamburger patties.
1 pound ground beef, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 2 teaspoons dried basil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat a skillet over medium heat to cook on the stovetop. (Please see instructions in the post for grilling.) Place the hamburgers in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the burgers and top each with a tablespoon of pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella. Cook for 4 minutes or until the burgers register 160 degrees Fahrenheit. 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 16 slices pepperoni, 1 cup mozzarella
While the burgers are cooking, combine the melted butter with the garlic powder and parsley. Brush the inside of the buns with the butter mixture.
1/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Place a large skillet over low heat and place the buns butter side down on the skillet. Toast for 2 to 3 minutes or until the buns just begin to brown.
Add the burgers to the toasted buns. Serve and enjoy.
