Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. For the best results, preheat a pizza stone while you are preheating the oven.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet. Brush it with the olive oil and top with minced garlic.

Spread the ricotta over the dough and then sprinkle it with the dried thyme.

Top with the sliced mozzarella. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese and the dried red pepper flakes.

Bake the pizza for 15 to 18 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
