Grilled Pizza
Grilled Pizza is a great way to make a pizza in the summer! It's like a wood fire taste without the wood fire stove. You will love it.

Preheat your grill to high heat.
Roll out the pizza dough to about 10 inches.
Coat a piece of paper towel in olive oil and, using tongs, oil the grates of the grill.
Gently place the pizza dough on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes with the cover closed.
Remove the dough from the grill and flip it onto a cutting board. (Keep the grill closed so it doesn't lose heat.) Coat it with pizza sauce, cheese, and any additional pizza toppings you wish. You will want to go easy on the toppings to make it easy to transfer the pizza back onto the grill and to be able to remove it again.
Gently slide the pizza back on the the grill and cover the grill again. Cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes.
