These Zucchini Muffins are moist, delicious, and perfect in just about every way.  Adding shredded zucchini to muffins is simple!  This recipe is a keeper that you will use all summer long.

what you need:

• Granulated Sugar • Eggs • Vegetable Oil • Zucchini • All-Purpose Flour • Salt • Baking Soda • Cinnamon

Whisk together the sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and shredded zucchini.

Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Mix the flour mixture into the zucchini mixture until just combined. Add the batter to the lined muffin tins.

Bake, rotating the muffin tins halfway through. Remove them from the muffin tin and allow them to cool.
