Sometimes the perfect stress reliever for me is to bake. I don’t even need to be craving sweets to find joy in putting together butter and sugar. When I add in the flavors of spring, it makes it even better. These delicious spring-themed treats, from zesty lemon pies to moist carrot cake cupcakes, are the perfect way to fill your kitchen with sunshine.
