This Cinnamon Toast Crunch Crusted French Toast is such a fun and perfect breakfast for kiddos! A special treat for the first day of school! Thank you General Mills for sponsoring this post!
Did you guys catch my post last week about Box Tops?? In case you missed it, I made you a super fun printable to put on a container that will act as the perfect place to collect your Box Tops! In my house we are super excited about collecting box tops because they are on the top of so many products we already buy and just by clipping them and turning them in, we earn money for our school . . . . besides, there is a friendly competition amongst the grades at our school to see which grade can collect the most and the winning grade gets a pizza party.
And, we are especially pumped because right now at Walmart on select products you can get bonus Box Tops! That’s right, same product that you would buy anyway, but even more money for your school. Just check out the details on the box to make sure you are clipping the right things.
We were excited to see that Cinnamon Toast Crunch was one of the bonus items! (It was packaged up in a double box package, so you can’t see the details on the picture above . . . because I’d already cracked it open to make this french toast, lol!).
I thought that this Cinnamon Toast Crunch would make for such a fun crust on the outside of french toast . . . and I was right! It smelled delicious when cooking up and then tasted just as good! This would make for such a fun first day of school breakfast, and so easy too!

Al my happy kiddie cereal memories flooding back. Now I want a bowl of this along with the French toast! And maybe some Golden Grahams, too. My life used to be all about those for breakfast!
Ha! Too funny! There is something so special about yummy cereals for breakfast :)

I make this all the time for my family. My hubby requests it more than the kids! We garnish with whip cream and strawberries. YUM!! Thank you!
Really?? That is so great to hear Kiki! Thanks for coming back to let me know.
