These Mimosa Margaritas are super easy to make. Throw together a giant pitcher in a snap and add something super delicious to your brunch! If you can’t decide between my Best Margarita Recipe and a classic mimosa, don’t!

In a glass, the Mimosa Margaritas is rimmed with flaky salt and slices of lime and oranges float in the liquid.

Guys! Check it out! Another Friday, another cocktail for you!  (Please ignore the fact that I complained about being sick, the other day . . . I mean, this cocktail has orange juice in it, and that’s Vitamin C . . . so . . . )

In a large pitcher, slices of limes and oranges float in an orange liquid called the Mimosa Margaritas.

So, honestly, I am not a huge mimosa fan. I think mainly because I don’t like dry champagne. But you know what I do like? Mimosa Margaritas! These are everything you love about both drinks together. It totally tastes like both of them. And it turns out that everything that I love about margaritas makes me love mimosas!

This is such an easy cocktail to throw together for a backyard BBQ or if you are hosting brunch for Mother’s Day. It is really just pouring the ingredients in a large pitcher and serving.

You can slice up some limes and oranges thin for a pretty garnish, or just leave it as is. If you want to serve it in glasses with salted rims, cut the end off of an orange (leaving enough orange on the end that you get some of the fruit). Turn the glass upside-down and then squeeze the orange around the rim turning it as you go. Then dip it in some kosher salt. The stickiness of the orange juice will hold the salt perfectly and since you did it upside-down you won’t get too much juice on the glass!
