This Sriracha Mayo is my favorite dipping sauce for fries. Just three ingredients, and it’s totally amazing.

Jar of Sriracha Mayo with a small spoon

My family has been obsessed with sriracha mayo forever. One of my kids accidentally ate some as a little toddler with some fries, and even she loved it. This recipe is so easy to make and is the perfect condiment.

  • Mayonnaise: Gives the sauce its smooth, creamy texture and balances the heat of the sriracha, making it perfect for dipping, spreading, or drizzling. I always use light mayonnaise, which has all the flavor of regular mayo with less of the fat.
  • Sriracha chili sauce: This spicy, tangy chili sauce is the star of the show. It adds a kick of heat and a touch of sweetness, along with giving the sauce its bold flavor and bright color. You can adjust the amount to make it as spicy or mild as you like.
  • Garlic: A freshly minced clove of garlic adds such great flavor to this sauce.

How to Make Sriracha Mayo

This homemade sriracha mayo recipe couldn’t be easier to make. Simply whisk together your ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. For example, add more sriracha for a stronger taste (or for a more spicy sriracha mayo), or add a little more mayonnaise to make it milder.

Storing Sriracha Mayo Sauce

Keep this mayo sriracha sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Serve cold. As with all recipes, use your best judgment when storing and eating leftovers.
