These crack chicken wraps are made in just 20 minutes by combining the ingredients for crack dip – chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch – in a tortilla and then crisping them in a skillet until they are golden brown and everything inside is melted and delicious.

If you like the flavors of bacon and ranch these wraps were absolutely made for you. They are a fun and easy dinner recipe that comes together in a snap!
How to Make Crack Chicken Wraps
Below is a brief overview of how this chicken wrap comes together. For the full recipe, scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
Make the Filling
Stir together the shredded chicken, diced bacon, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing until well-combined.

Fold the Wraps
Put one portion in the middle of a tortilla. Fold in the sides and then fold up the bottom and roll until closed.

Cook the Wraps
Add the wraps, seam side down, cover the skillet, and cook for five minutes or until the bottom of the wrap is crispy and golden brown. Flip the wraps over and continue cooking, with the skillet covered, for five more minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Tips and Tricks
- Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature: This will help with both mixing it into the other ingredients, but also helping it melt smoothly during the cooking process. While I typically don’t advise softening cream cheese in the microwave for baking recipes, in this one it will work fine to microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Keep shredded chicken on hand: This recipe comes together so quickly if you have cooked chicken on hand, ready to go. You can grab a rotisserie chicken from the store or keep frozen cooked chicken on hand for those busy weeknights. My favorite way to shred chicken is using my stand mixer or a hand mixer. It shreds it evenly and quickly every time!
- Shred cheese from a block: I promise you it is worth it to buy a block of cheese and take the few extra minutes to shred it yourself. It will melt much better in this recipe.
- Shred the cheese small: If you have a box grater, use the smaller side to grate the cheese. The smaller pieces will melt better in the wrap.
- Cook seam side down: When you cook these make sure to start with the seam down. This will prevent the wrap from opening up while cooking.
- Cover the skillet while cooking: This will help everything get soft and melted during cooking.

What to Serve with Crack Chicken Wraps
With how deliciously intense these are, you want to pair them with some lighter sides.
